Claims and Suits
Cornerstone emphasizes a partnering relationship in completing
its projects. Working closely with owners and designers,
Cornerstone’s
management team has finished all projects on time. Cornerstone
has never failed
to complete any work it has been awarded. Cornerstone’s
quality work has meant that no judgements, claims, arbitration
proceedings, or
suits have been filed against Cornerstone or its officers.
Cornerstone has excellent relationships with local subcontractors
and suppliers and
has never had a subcontractor or supplier file a claim or litigate
a dispute with Cornerstone or the owner. Cornerstone’s
partnering approach has resulted in an excellent record
regarding claims and
suits.
Cornerstone has not had any formal construction claims during
the life of the firm.
Cornerstone’s management is experienced in all
types of commercial and industrial projects throughout
the State
of Alaska. To date,
Cornerstone Construction has successfully completed projects
totaling over $600 million.
