• Estimating. We prepare early, detailed estimates based on real pricing from the current marketplace. We are flexible, focusing on helping you balance your program, budget, schedule, and design.
• Scheduling. We create detailed, real-world schedules at the start of each project. Our schedules include input from everyone involved, from the design architect to the building users to the smallerst subcontractor to ensure that everyone understands expectations and project needs.
• Constructability Reviews. Working with the design team, we review progressive design drawings and construction details, applying our knowledge of how buildings go together. Our goal is to help produce excellent contract documents. This helps us identify regulatory, safety, material and subcontractor / vendor issues and resolve them early, ultimately saving you time and money.
• Value Engineering. We integrate value engineering ideas with constructability reviews and focus on saving money where it doesn’t impact the aesthetics or overall function of the project. At Cornerstone, Value Engineering doesn’t end until the project is turned over to you.
